Vending machines can be expensive, with our Full-Service Vending program, the equipment is installed, stocked, and serviced for FREE. There is no obligation or cost with our service. Delivery, Installation & Vending Equipment is also provided at no cost to your location.

Remote Monitoring
Each machine is equipped with its own router, this allows us to monitor all machines remotely. The system informs us of any issues which reduces down time.
Guarantee delivery system
Our machines have infrared light sensors that detect if a product was delivered. When the sensor does not detect if a product was dropped, the customer will be asked to make another selection, or the machine will provide the customer their money back.
Guarantee delivery systems ensure a better customer experience. It also helps us reduce customer service calls.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and mobile wallets such as Google, Samsung and Apple. We also accept $1, $5, $10* or $20* and can provide change.

Setup Process
Schedule an onsite visit to determine if your location is feasible for vending. We can also determine and discuss if a Micro Market might be better suited.
Installation takes about 10-15 business days. Depending on equipment availability sometimes this process could take longer but we will communicate any delays.
Once machine is in place, a route driver will be schedule to fill the machine within 24-48 business hours. Please note refrigerated machines such as combo and drink might need to remain turn off for 1 day.
Refill Process
With remote monitoring, we are able to evaluate all machines the day before to determine the schedule for the following day
We use multiple criteria to determine next service such as inventory percentage on the machine and amount of empty coils.
Machines that need to be services will be pre-kitted at the warehouse with every item needed.
The Driver will restock the following day and inventory the machine to ensure we always have the correct data.

How much does it cost?
With our full-service program, installation and ongoing service is entirely FREE. No set-up fees, no charges, no monthly bills.
Are Contracts Involved?
A contract is normally NOT required but we can provide one if needed. Our Contracts are 1 page stating we own the equipment and the location will grant us access to service and repair the equipment. The contract will also cover Cancelation, Pricing and other Liabilities.
Can we requests items in the vending machine?
A request can always be made, if we currently carry the product we will try to schedule a change for the following service. If we do not carry the product, we will do our best to source it or find alternatives. Please note, not all requests will be accommodates, sometimes the items is not available for vending or we have tried selling the product in the past and it did not sell well.
How big are vending machines?
The standard size measures about 72"H x 39"W x 33"D with an average weight of 639lbs. Machines size will vary between manufacturers.
Do I need a special outlet?
Vending machines typically run on 115 volts at 10-12 amps, so they need a regular three-prong electrical outlet.
How many drinks selections does a Drink Vending Machine have?
Traditional 'stack' vending machines hold 7-9 selections, while glass front machines can hold more.
What are the requirements for Vending Machine Placement
To get a vending machine, your location must meet the qualifications below. We can provide Office Snack Box Services for smaller locations.
Office/manufacturing - at least 40 full-time employees
Retail – 60+ employees for break room placement
Hotels – 40+ guest rooms
Apartments – 100+ apartment units
